Adviser 5-10 depending on size of the community.
Adviser is the top position able to be achieved in EAGC. Major decisions in the direction of this community are done by these high ranking officials. Some will hold certain duties within the community. Run "EAGC Adviser" in motto.
Branch Leaders 1 per branch
1 per branch up to split.
Responsible for communication from branch to Advisers/Founders and Advisers/Founders to branch.
Requirements :
*Ability to stay on top of your branch happenings. Staying within rules and regulations, discipline if needed.
*Disciplinary actions up to and including removal from community.
*Host meetings on branch meeting nights or get officer rank 7 the information to host meeting in your place.
*Ability to Motivate others to keep up activity within the branch and reach for help if it is needed.
*work hand in hand with CEO's to prepare for splits.
Run "EAGC (Branch Name)Leader"
Branch Senior Officer. Typically 2 assistants. 5 just before split.
They are in charge of delegating the work load among the officers of the branch. Check up on and make sure the work needing to be done is actually done. If not done, put someone onto the task. Remember to keep work loads light to each of the officers. We do not pay for their time. Run "EAGC(Branch Name)Sr Officer".
Branch Officers Depending on need of the branch.
Officer position with privileged responsibilities as followed.
Branch Tag Officer 3-4 MSG's per week. 1 per week inform about Facebook and the web site. Used to announce any practices or happenings within the community/branch. Recruits and members have the proper motto and still part of the branch. Any msgs sent to tag are sent back out through tag if needed. 2-3 officers to run tag to keep work to a minimum but are required to communicate with one another.
Recap Officer
Recap officer is required to show up at meetings or have a replacement in line to do the recap for them. Take thorough notes of the meeting and post to the branch section of the forum within 24 hours of the meeting. 2 officers with this position. Main and backup. Alternate weeks to keep both busy. Also required to check up on web site in their branch section to make sure all posts are drama free, alert management if issue comes up on site.
Roster Officer
1 Officer required per branch. Keep up an accurate count of who is in the branch. If a member leaves Roster officer is to make sure no longer on the tag, MSG posted on web site to remove member from roster. Run "EAGC (Branch Name) Officer". Branch being branch enlisted in.
Members
Vast majority of the community will remain as member status. Those that wish to come up as officers will have a chance when openings come about. Considered member once registered and accepted on website, Invite has been accepted to Elite, and friend request accepted on the tag. Meetings not mandatory but highly recommended that you show up. Vary least read the recap notes to see if anything has changed in the community. Run in Tag "EAGC (Branch Name)Member".
Recruit
Showing interest in our community, pending acceptance on web site, friend request has been sent to the branch tag, and msg sent to I BRING IT for Elite invite. Recruits will run in their motto "EAGC(Branch Name)Recruit".
