Founder -
Founders work with Advisers and work hard at bringing the community together. Making sure lines of communication stay open.

Advisers -
Advisers are responsible for many things community wide.
* Running of the Web Site in whole.

* Assist members in bringing ideas out to the community. Ensure there are open lines of communication between founder, advisers to the members of the branch.

* Assist the branch leaders and Sr. Officers in running of the branches.

* Running of the Management tag -Needs to be made yet. I can make when my xbox returns.

* Assists in the planning and function of a branch split.

* Oversee the community in whole



Branch Leader -

* Branch leader is responsible for the communication to and from their branch.

* Settle Disputes between people within the branch. Disciplinary actions up to and including removal from the community.

* Ensure all are doing their jobs.If not send a Sr. Officer or them self to speak to the one not doing an officer duty and find out nicely whats going on. If needed removal from the position. Remember though not much time is needed to do these tasks.

* Train all Sr.Officers the position of running the branch. Make sure the Sr.Officers know how do do all of the tasks running the branch. If not train them. Have them do a task for a few weeks to get it under their belt.


Senior Officer.
In this position you do most of the workings in the branch.
* Make sure that all officers are maintaining their tasks in an except-able manor.

* Watch for disputes or bad blood between people. Get with them one on one and find out whats up. If unable to resolve determine if you need to bring it up with leadership.

* Work on mingling recruits in with other members/above as most people don't pass invites out to those they don't play with.

* Learn all jobs within the branch. Step in to help out on all jobs within the branch to keep things done.

* keep communication between members, to officers, to yourself and other SR. Officers to the leader. Keep all lines open. Don't just pass the buck.

* If branch leader becomes absent for any reason, the Sr.Officer steps up to do the tasks of the leader. Leaving the branch leader a msg in text, or on voicemail, or even on the forums in form of a PM. Whatever way preset by the leader.


Officer
There are various specific tasks for the officer position.
All Officer positions are responsible for bringing people into the community. Get them set up with invite to the tag, Send them to send a msg to "I BRING IT" for Elite invite. Also the recruit sent to the web site to register. Be sure they know they will be recruit until accepted on all 3. They can then go to any officer, let them know they have been accepted on all 3 and that officer will send a msg to the roster officer of a change in status. If they are your recruit, you are to keep checking on them to get them set up.

*Tag officer - Tag officer is responsible for sending out 3-4 msgs a week. Keep checking for new messages that would need to be sent back out. Post once a week min about meetings. Post about events, web site, reminders and so on. 3+ msgs a week. For this task it is much easier to have a app called Spark 360 for android and 360 Live For apple. Tag has gold for short time to allow msgs to be sent from phone.


*Roster officer. Has information for the tag. Accepts new people, send info out to those not active to see if they are to be removed. Check recaps for promotion/demotion and get changed on the site. Be sure the roster doesnt go more than a week out of date. If longer get with Sr.Officer for a temp in your place.


*Recap officer Be at all meetings . If you cannot attend, get backup in place or a replacement for the night. Be as thorough as possible. Remember most reading did not go to meeting. Please get posted within a day in the branch section of the forums. Ideally every point of the meeting will be discussed thoroughly.

Prior to split, officer structure will double. Work on training your fellow officers in your task.



Member -
A members responsibility is only to put ideas they have out there for improvement. Play and have fun. Direct new people over to officers to be brought into the clan.


Recruit -
As a recruit you are required to Invite the tag for the branch you will be part of. Send a Message to "I BRING IT" for an invite to COD Elite Clan tool. Also required is that you register on the web site, check back often for new discussions.
